Dangerous matching of Vitamins...be careful !!!

Last time I wrote about the good matching of vitamins which is greater working when consuming together....

This blog will hold you to realize if you have wrong match, the hazard will be coming -- They will make your brain got blood or heart failure,, O M G !!!

1. Fish oil and Aspirin.

Why?? --> Fish Oil will dilute your blood and Aspirin is working as the same. When you eat them together, your blood will not be blood clot and bleed bleed and bleed. Importantly, dont' forget to tell doctor or dentist before you have an operation. Also the pharmacist when you buy drug or supplement.





2. Vitamin E and Evening primrose.

Why?? --> Both Vitamin E and Evening primrose also have vitamin E. You know, Vitamin E in Evening primrose oil is not an active ingredient but an antioxidant. If you eat them together, it will be too much and harm your heart.



3. Calcium and fresh calcium (from food).

Why ?? --> If you can eat black sesame 4 tablespoon or white tofu 300 grams per day, you will get calcium 1,000 milligrams surely and it's enough. Too much calcium will make your blood clot.


4. Coffee and Calcium.

Why?? --> Caffeine and milk protein doesn't effect calcium absorption. Moreover, they will pull the calcium from your bone.



5. Iron and Thalassemia.

Why?? --> Thalassemia makes hemoglobin and red blood cell abnormal. Therefore, thalassemia patients who take iron have an increase risk for red blood cell rapture. They are poison to your heart and liver.

Vitamins,,the way to be beautiful from inside

             Most of people choose this way to enrich their both body and face skins, but they never realize that everything in the world has both sides. Yea!!...Vitamin is the supplement which has both advantage and disadvantage. If you decide to consume it, please take your time to think over what is the good thing to come on pair to utilize the most benefit from vitamin.

1. Vitamin C come with Collagen will help you to have an elevated and firm skin.

Why?? --> Vitamin C helps Collagen synthesis and better absorb. So, Collagen will be work greater.


2. Iron together with Vitamin C will be better absorb to your body.

Why?? --> Vitamin C reduces ferric ion ti ferrous iron that bound to carrier protein and can be absorbed. For example, if you want to get good iron from blood sausage, you should eat them with Coccinia grandis which is high Vitamin C vegetable. 


3. Calcium with Magnesium are the good match.

Why?? --> Calcium will absorb better when you have a helper like Magnesium, Vitamin D and K.


4. Vitamin A, C and E -- they are friend !!!

Why?? --> Vitamin C will reduce oxidized Vitamin E to its reduced form. However, you can get Vitamin C, A and C from food and vegetable, then no need to waste your money to consume this supplement. The great solution is eating only Vitamin C, while A and E getting from Chinese kale and peanut.


5. Fish oil (not Cod-liver oil) --choose the type which have DHA and EPA.

Why?? --> Fish oil prevent blood clot but it has nothing to do with "brain and intelligence". Human Clinical trials show no benefit of DHA in Alzheimer's disease. So, more DHA+EPA, more benefit. You know you should have a minimum of DHA+EPA = 1,500 milligram per day to get the most utilize of it.
